Rakim, Kurupt and Masta Killa come together with Kokane for “Goin Down,” the latest single from their upcoming The Godbody LP.
The track brings together legends from the East and West Coast, giving fans a chance to hear four respected voices on the same record. “Goin Down” is built around a flipped vocal sample, playful chimes, and smooth synths that give the song a classic hip-hop feel.
Rakim, Kurupt, and Masta Killa each bring their own style to the record, with their verses flowing into one another in a loose and natural way. Kokane adds another layer to the track, helping round out the collaboration.
