Detroit rapper Veeze is back with his latest single, “L.O.A.T,” standing for “Lamest of All Time,” a pointed message to his critics. This marks his first solo release since mid-2024, and it finds him channeling confidence and braggadocio over hard-hitting production.
It’s been over two years since Veeze dropped his critically acclaimed album Ganger, which ranked in the top five of several year-end lists in 2023. Since then, he’s stayed active with singles and collaborations, including tracks with Lil Yachty like “Sorry Not Sorry” and “Can’t Be Crete Boy.” He also appeared on Twitch star PlaqueBoyMax’s “In The Booth” with Rob49 in late August, building momentum for this new release. “L.O.A.T” showcases Veeze’s sharp lyricism, fearless energy, and ability to turn criticism into creative fuel, proving he’s still one of Detroit’s most dynamic voices.
