Directed by Joseph, the video takes viewers to the gritty outskirts where Earl Sweatshirt and Billy Woods exchange introspective verses over The Alchemist’s soulful loop.
Earl kicks off the track with thought-provoking lines about navigating uncertainty and inner struggles. He delves into themes of indecision and fragmented existence. Billy Woods joins in, adding his unique perspective and poetic style to the song. He reflects on the complexities of his relationship with his muse, acknowledging the balance between deception and honesty.
Flying High is part of The Alchemist’s ongoing EP series, consisting of four tracks each. The project includes guest appearances from Boldy James, Jay Worthy, Larry June, T.F., MIKE, and Sideshow.
