Tems, the Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, has returned with her latest single, “Me & U.” Accompanied by a music video directed by Tems herself, the song is set in the scenic island of Malta. The video depicts Tems soul-searching and strengthening her connection with spirituality. The lyrics express a desire for faith and a deep connection, with Tems singing, “I want to show you my world / Give me one break, I need faith.” The video also features choreographic routines in natural settings, emphasizing the theme of spiritual exploration. “Me & U” is co-produced by Tems and Ghanaian DJ and producer GuiltyBeatz. This release follows Tems’ 2021 EP, “If Orange Was a Place.”
